Lesley leads all Florida commercial real estate consulting engagements for John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC, a national firm that provides independent research and consulting services related to the US housing industry. She has more than 20 years of industry experience in real estate and economic research. Lesley has a B.S. from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and works in JBREC's Boca Raton office.
Phillip A. Smith, President, Framework Group, LLC
Phillip founded Tampa-based Framework Group, LLC in 2010 and the firm has since grown to one of the most active multi-family developers in Florida. Phillip leads Framework Group's efforts throughout the state, including acquisition, design, and construction. Phillip earned his Bachelor of Architecture magna cum laude from Auburn University and a Master in Architecture from Harvard University.
