Based in Equity’s Tampa office, Carleton is a proven agent in the Greater Tampa Bay market for all healthcare-related real estate services. His expertise spans regional and national markets, consulting on portfolio account management, lease administration, strategic market analysis, acquisitions and site selection.
Carleton has represented clients in over 20 states, and has completed nearly 182 sales/lease transactions. His clients include publicly traded companies, private equity firms, hospital systems, urgent care practices, dental groups, and numerous medical practices. Michael Seton is the President of Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, Inc. and Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II, Inc. (collectively, “CVREIT”).
